"Hill Holliday is run by a woman and there are more women than men in the company, so I never felt like I had less opportunities because of my gender. However, the company as a whole isn't great -- they don't do raises anymore, people are promoted into management roles with no training on how to manage, and there is very little job security due to the nature of the agency world."
