"I loved working at Howard Hughes and they do have great benefits to support women. I think new leadership has soured it for me but there are great perks. "

"This is a great company to work for, it allows you creativity to complete your work and dedicate your hours however needed, as long as you complete your tasks. The company focuses a lot on hosting events for employees to get to know each other and they are all extremely dedicated to their communities across the board for all the regions. "

"As a current employee for 5 years i am blown away by our culture, especially the flexibility with hours as I am continuing my education. They have great benefits that include employee growth funds to assist with college or certifications of your, yes YOUR, choice! They promote from within and ever executive on our entire team is always willing to help you achieve your career goals!"

"From everything I've seen in the past 2+ years of working here, all voices are valued very highly. Though our senior leadership is predominantly men, I have never been intimidated when speaking to or working with them. People at Howard Hughes are truly rewarded for the quality of their work and their commitment to the company. "

"I've been at HHC over a year now, and the opportunities are endless. With our new leadership, the interim CEO and Chief People Officer have created an environment of inclusivity and the culture has shifted in a positive way under this new leadership and direction. My direct manager has always been open and receptive to my ideas and initiatives and welcomed me to spearhead projects and take ownership. I am empowered to speak my mind and voice my ideas to others in senior leadership. There is a part of accountability here that every employee should exercise, if you have an idea, or passion project, speak up, bring statistics/ facts, and leadership will give you the opportunity to execute. Do not wait to be called on! "

Personal matters and families are not tolerated. PIP’s are often written up to remind pregnant women they are replaceable after returning from maternity leave. Disgusting. "
