"In the nearly 20 years I have worked there, my time has been spent surrounded by incredible colleagues (majority is still men in my area). The fact that I'm a woman hasn't been a barrier to opportunity or success. I have always been treated respectfully and equally. This truly is a great place for women to work. "

"While there are flexible policies and it's ok to take advantage of them, many of the jobs are very demanding, including travel requirements. "

"I took 3 maternity leaves, each for 1 year. I got top up for 6 weeks for each leave. My three kids were born within 5 years, so I was away from my job for 3 of 5 years, and when I came back my career was still able to pick up right where I left."
