"IBM is empowering women daily, our senior leadership team (both female and male) are laser focused on investing in women in the workplace. I've never felt discriminated against as a female or as the minority that I am. My work is always fairly assessed and if anything the male leadership I've worked with have always been an advocate of my work and pushed for my promotions!"
