"This is one of the few tech companies where you are not going to come across a male-dominated culture. IBM rewards for performance - not gender. When I am up for promotion, I know I have a fair shot and when I get a promotion, I know it is based on my track record and my potential. "

"The only barrier to a 5 rating for my employer is that we are in the consulting services business so our clients remove a portion of flexibility. However, IBM does everything it can to give flexibility to its employees."
