"I feel myself respected to be at an inclusive company. To me it is inspiring the fact to know that women empowerment makes part of our executives strategical priorities list. There is no price that pays to be at a company where its values matches with my own in life."

"If you would like to improve your skills and be respected by your teammates, you will need work hard and maintain always the focus on your growth. You could scale to better positions, but this will not happen if you won't give your best. "

"It is hard/wierd hours (because of global teams), but you can work around your shedule to make it your own and take care of yourself and your loved ones. But be prepared to be overlooked for some opportunities over men candidates."
