"IBM has excellent policies and practices when it comes to work/life integration, but of course more often than not, how well they are publicized and applied depends on your manager, so it is very important that you get familiar with the practices that apply to your region/country and empower yourself to raise your voice if you do not think they are being widely used in your team, at least to understand why that is."

"IBM is probably one of the only employers where I have never been treated differently because of being a woman. If anything, IBM goes above and beyond to hire, develop and promote women. Just look at our leadership ranks, starting with a female CEO, right down the line. Is it a perfect place to work? no. Is it a phenomenal place to work, especially for women? Absolutely."
