"IBM is a good place to woman development your potential. There are more than 80.000 course in learning platform and many them focusing on career growth, diversity culture etc. In Brazil we have a maternity license behind the law but you can extend it per 2 months more if you need and wish stay more time with your baby. We have woman and top position like Gini Romety and others. We have researchers, scientists and brilliant woman in all generations. I am a woman and I love IBM way. "

"I am new to the company after recently finishing my MBA, and the support and enthusiasm I receive at IBM is unmatched! There is a lot of focus around mentoring and education/learning and leadership is actively looking for sharp women to help usher in the next generation of success for the company. "

"IBM regular employees who are birth mothers of newborn children generally receive an additional 6-8 weeks of Short Term Disability depending on medical needs (6 weeks for regular deliveries and 8 weeks for a Cesarean birth). The 12 weeks of paid parental bonding leave is in addition to the Short Term Disability, for a total of 18 - 20 weeks."
