"Lip service. When a re-org happens, the boys pick the boys first and HR is no where to be found in the process. "

"Unless you have been at IBM for more than 15 years, you will never be promoted into senior management. And if you are indeed senior for starters and an external hire, you will not make it at IBM. "

"Always remember that you work for an organization that values diversity, treasures wild ducks, and appreciates non conforming opinions. Don't sell yourself short and know that you are just as valuable as every other member of the team, regardless of title or salary."
