"Amazing benefits and care to women at a policy level; however, it is everyone's job at every level to act on these policies as not distant rules that we'll use someday, but as important as a seemingly small Tuesday afternoon dilemma. "

"If they just need to be on the pay that is given during hiring time, They have to survive with the same pay though it is 5 years, or 6 years no matter what how man years they would stay. One can join IBM if they stick to this rule blindly in their mind."
