"Overall, women are supported by the company's policies. However, there are some managers not familiar with the policies and foster a "bro culture". In my department, most of the leadership is men, which results in an imbalance of women contributing a level that can implement change."

"IBM is supportive of women however the company is going through a number of changes and as a US based employee, you will be concern whether or not you have a job every January when the rumors of Resource action.... which in itself very stressful"
