"Transition is good to keep one's finger on the pulse of the marketplace. This being said, provide more support to employees to help them succeed in a constantly changing environment. Six managers in 3 years is extensive. And change in process is not always necessary, as a matter of fact, it can lead to chaos. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's better. "
