"Benefits are top notch - 20 weeks maternity leave. You can find your own little community within a huge company. You can find opportunities which challenge you and you will never be bored. It is all what you make of it. I have been here for 7 years and change roles every 1.5-2 years. "

"There are a lot of opportunities to find remote roles that allow for more flexibility. However that means you are not client facing and likely in a "support role" think strategy, operations, communications, HR -- all still important to the business but not direct revenue generating roles. When you work remotely the hours are more flexible - you will still work the same as your colleagues but if you need to get something done in the middle of the day here or there or log off for dinner time or morning getting kids off to school it is possible. You just need to set boundaries and be willing to log back on if needed. "

"flexibility can be dependent on organization/leadership rather than consistent culture throughout entire company. Parental leave, returning to work mother benefits are good. sick time available for care of dependents/family in addition for formal leave programs."
