"There's a boys club in the creative, in-house agency part of the marketing division. A junior-high-level boys club, not the fun kind. "

"IBM really walks the walk with it comes to diversity and inclusion. I can honestly say that I've never felt like I was held back from any role or opportunity because I'm a woman - quite the opposite. IBM is interested in building teams that represent all kinds of people - diversity of thought, background, skill level, etc. in order to come up with the most creative and innovative solutions. "
