"In the UK, if you are a female and a graduate, you should be okay. If you are a middle aged woman you will never make it anywhere inside IBM as you will seen as a threat to those who are now 'old timers' and lost every sense of femininity and vulnerability. You can count on being bullied, harassed and denigrated by your male peers and if for some god forsaken reason, you are a foreign female of race, colour, religion or country; they will treat you with xenophobic tendencies from the dark ages. Avoid IBM as there is zero inclusion. The diversity card is just ticking a box. They are decades behind their competitors. "

"Upon letting my manager know that this job was crucial to me when I was given the notorious PIP just before year end - they do this to pump as much revenue onto the bottom line by threatening your departure by pushing you into the brink (depends on your manager) - he never followed the written policies and procedures of this PIP, he never had weekly meetings with me, he never coached me, he never followed up on any autocratic milestones he put in place and he was never available when I requested his help. I was made redundant a week short of my 2 year tenure. "

"Since I started working for IBM, I have loved it. I was well-received, have been encouraged to take on more responsibility and leader-roles, got great benefits and hours flexibility.
However, there is still a big gender gap but IBM is currently trying hard to reduce it and want to hire more women."

"Working at IBM gave me the opportunity to spend more quality time with my teenager working from home and also allowing me to have a flexible schedule to handle her extracurricular activities, but not only that I'm a single mom and a professional with high ambitions, IBM gave me the opportunity to have access to free training with very interesting and actual topics such as Agile, Design Thinking, Data Science that increase my business acumen and skills, participate in social responsibility activities, travel and work in an international environment."

"Everyone on my team works remotely. My boss is happy for us to do things we need to do during our work day as long as we get our work done. I cannot imagine a more flexible work environment. "

"I love working at IBM because of the flexible environment and the collaboration with other IBMers. I have never encountered a time when I have reached out to another individual, outside of my team, and they have not been willing to help."
