I don't feel like the fact that I'm a woman has had any bearing on my career path. It hasn't hurt it and it hasn't helped it. It's an even playing field.

Upward movement for women is very supported. However, compensation is still lower than males peers in certain areas.

Practice Lead

In the nearly 20 years I have worked there, my time has been spent surrounded by incredible colleagues (majority is still men in my area). The fact that I'm a woman hasn't been a barrier to opportunity or success. I have always been treated respectfully and equally. This truly is a great place for women to work.

While there are flexible policies and it's ok to take advantage of them, many of the jobs are very demanding, including travel requirements.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    6 paid / 46 unpaid

I took 3 maternity leaves, each for 1 year. I got top up for 6 weeks for each leave. My three kids were born within 5 years, so I was away from my job for 3 of 5 years, and when I came back my career was still able to pick up right where I left.
