"I worked at IBM Watson and had many male mentors here who taught and empowered me. In the management level, there are fewer women leaders so there is area for building a women leaders community. "

"IBM's focus on diversity and inclusion in all spaces is second to none. We have such a rich history of inclusivity and support that is demonstrated day in and day out. And to be able to see Ginny Rometty's leadership, drive and dedication in action is an inspiration to all the women of IBM. Great place to work!"
