"I have never worked for an organization that takes diversity and career formation so seriously. It's amazing and really made me take a moment to pause and seriously figure out what I wanted my career trajectory to be - because here at IBM, it can be whatever I want it to be and I know I'll be fully supported. "I had reservations about joining a global tech company (many of which were based on stereotypes - too slow, too stuck in their ways, too rigid, too 'corporate') but I have to say that I was SO WRONG. from Day One I've felt this sense of belonging, that the work I do matters (because it does), and I've been encouraged to use my voice and be myself at all times. And! I had the options to work on a Mac or a PC... sounds silly but it definitely gave the impression that this company is "not your grandparent's IBM". "
