      "This is a great company to work for. One advice though, no-one will define our career destination for us or offer opportunities on a silver plate, we need to own it and go for it and then amazing things will happen!"

      "There is flexibility, but also high expectations which is fair. If the results are there, performance is aligned with strategy and management expectation, that is what matters.       "I have never worked for an organization that takes diversity and career formation so seriously. It's amazing and really made me take a moment to pause and seriously figure out what I wanted my career trajectory to be - because here at IBM, it can be whatever I want it to be and I know I'll be fully supported.
