    IBM honored their new policy for myself and my baby (since they put it out within a year after I had him) and I received an extra 6 weeks paid leave to use before Nov. 2018. Pretty awesome!

    at this time concerned about new sick day restrictions. For those with families employees will easily use up their allotted 56 hours taking elderly parents and children to drs appts. In the past we always used our flex hours to make up the time now it is a set time and once gone than what happens?

    At the time I had my children, IBM did not offer paid leave. Today IBM provides 12 weeks paid leave for mothers as well as fathers. This is just one example of how IBM continues to update its policies.
