"Completely watch your back, because both sexes, at times, will sabotage each other and set them up. It's tragic. There are managers sent in just to set up older employees so they have a case to lay them off. I've witnessed this personally. IBM used to be a family oriented company. Not anymore. I cannot wait to leave, and hopefully that will be soon! "

"IBM's respect for diversity and inclusion is not a lip service, you can feel it in your daily work, from your manager and peers. As a millennial, I found myself exposed to many amazing and exciting opportunities in the company, and the leadership team will not discourage you to try. Also, the flexible time arrangement is something really attracts me. Besides the annual leave, managers are also caring about personal life, and they will support you to integrate life and work."
