"IBM is a very flexible employer. Thanks to Home office I don't have to worry about the huge city traffic that I need to go through in order to get to the office from my remote place that I live in. As a woman I have the same chances fro my career growth as men and I feel we are all being treated with equal respect. "

"There is a lot of focus to being an inclusive employer. This reflects in giving more opportunities to women for personal development as well as actively trying to support talented women into top positions. The culture of IBM encourages people to think about doing the job right and not about being present at a certain time or location. "
