      "There is a lot of focus to being an inclusive employer. This reflects in giving more opportunities to women for personal development as well as actively trying to support talented women into top positions.       "Although there are times when I am the only woman in a workshop or on a call, there are other times when I am surrounded by many women. I have never felt that anyone doubted my skills or abilities because I am a woman. "

      "It does seem to be based on discipline (being a designer vs. an engineer vs. in sales etc) and largely based on your first line manager. So my experience has been good but it's a very large company and I'm sure varies by many factors. "
