"Within finance, they recognize that there is a gap with women in the workplace, and they are actively promoting women. You do see more females in higher up positions; the opportunities are there if you are willing to take them. "

"There are women in leadership roles at the very top of the company and in my department we are 90% female, but everything in between is mostly male and mostly focused on competition rather than collaboration."
