"My experience working at IBM has been great. As a full time IBMer , I have had the flexibility needed to be successful in career and at home. Being a mom of 2 is always a juggling act, but having flexibility in where and when i work has made all the difference. "

"If you have young kids this is not the place for you. A lot of the employees there are older (kids in college) or very young (just out of college no kids) so they expect everyone to have the same time abilities as they do"

"IBM is great place to advance your career - both as an individual and as a woman. In my 15+ years in the company I have never felt that my gender has held me back or prevented me from going after (and usually getting) and opportunity that I pursued. We have a strong culture of inclusion and continuous learning, and opportunities to do new things and advance in your career are available for anyone who has the aspiration and ambition to go after them. The maternity (and paternity) leave policies are also very generous, and actually doubled last year, which makes it a great place to balance a career and a family. "

"IBM has a long history of valuing work life flexibility, and while the responsibility for defining exactly what that means for each person largely falls on the individual, the company as a whole has a culture of supporting and respecting the individual needs of it's employees in this area. "
