"I would definitely recommend other women to join our company. There is less stress comparatively and also it is very flexible with time and work as long as the work is done. we have more options like work from home unlimited sick leaves, cab facilities and many more. we have IBM club which conducts several fun activities. IBM has very less tolerance to workplace harassment. With all these benefits it is really hard to leave IBM once joined. But the only thing that i found a little disappointing is the compensation."
