"The nature of consulting is that we travel Monday to Thursday every week and our flexibility is somewhat defined by the client's flexibility. That being said, I do have the ability to work from home when not at a client site and to adjust for personal commitments."

"Great place for aspiring Women employees. Diversity is a key focus in IBM India and we have equal opportunities for growth and success into critical roles. There are a number of Senior women leaders in the organization who inspire and promote diversity strategy in the organization. "

"IBM not only supports diversity in the workplace, it also advocates for inclusion. By advocating for inclusion it ensures we constantly think about how diverse our employee population is and programs and policies are made so that it cater to different needs. In IBM, there are different business resource groups that welcome volunteer employees to work towards their advocacy and one of those groups advocate for women in the workplace. Employees are empowered to make changes for the better because they would know more what employees need. "

"Divisions and sub-groups within IBM are different in its attitude towards supporting women, even though policies (generous maternity and paternity leave) are company-wide. Do you research on the sub-culture before you commit."
