"Depending on what type of role you are in when you join, it can be very difficult to move laterally into another type of role or grow within your own. Opportunities to explore other disciplines are difficult to jump to but not unheard of. "

"That IBM is a great place to work for women. IBM respects our rights and treated employees fairly. IBM makes sure that the need of every employee, what ever gender preference they have are studied, heard and given appropriately."

"IBM allows us to work from home at times when we need to attend to a sick family member may it be our spouse or our kids. IT also allows pregnant women who wishes to stay home and work due to pregnancy status until they recover."
