"I am a mother of 2 young children (1 and 3 yrs old) working for IBM 15 years.. IBM certainly gives me all the flexibility I need to be a full time working mother doing very interesting work and also having a great work-life balance with my children, being able to be there for then during this critical developmental years."

"I feel like I have a voice at IBM. Women have just as many seats at the table as their male counter-parts. The work I get to do is rewarding, the people I get to work with are second to none and the positive impact we are making at a global scale has me beaming with pride."
