"If you have young kids this is not the place for you. A lot of the employees there are older (kids in college) or very young (just out of college no kids) so they expect everyone to have the same time abilities as they do"

"My experience working at IBM has been great. As a full time IBMer , I have had the flexibility needed to be successful in career and at home. Being a mom of 2 is always a juggling act, but having flexibility in where and when i work has made all the difference. "

"A great place, where my opinions and ideas are always heard. The best part of IBM is the people and the flat hierarchy, everyone is committed to progressing one another and always happy to grab a coffee to learn about other areas of the business. "
