"IBM has been an incredible home for me for 23 years. I have been given significant freedom and opportunities to grow while also being given respect for my husband and two children and the time I need with them."

"IBM is excellent on gender issues, really and truly, but sadly layoffs mean this is not a great time to be an IBMer"

"There has been a back to the office push, but it varies by department. In my experience, at most, you need to have a reason to work from home and do it once a week or less. "

"It really does depend on what division and what area you work for on how this will work for you. Some are flexible and understand, some have policies from the 1980s. "

"It depends on the area - some have completely removed WFH so it is hard if you want to live in a place that is a longer commute to then see your family. Also, there isn't much respect for time outside of work. "

"Work hard and work smart. There could be blockers and some you can overcome while others are out of your control but there are plenty of opportunities to keep learning and various pathways for career progression."
