"Working in the tech industry can be challenging but also rewarding. InfluxData offers me as a women engineer a setting in which I can enhance my abilities and advance my career.
The culture and company policy here at InfluxData is also very friendly to women. For example, for employees that have been employed for 6 months, birthing parents are paid 100% for up to 14 weeks.

"I love working at InfluxData. All of my coworkers are so willing to help each other out and are very understanding. We have unlimited PTO ,and our scheduled are very flexible. My coworkers are great and we really work as a team here. "
