"This is an incredible place to work. Instacart took care of it's employees before COVID-19, and since then they've showed up even more. From mental health holidays to flexible schedules to help us make space for our families and ourselves to the increased transparency and communication — I feel so supported. "

"Simply know your worth. Be willing to walk away from batches when the pay isn’t what you want it to be. Set a daily goal and once you hit that goal decide whether you will keep working. "
