"Instacart is a very progressive employer, and is more sensitive to women's issues than any other employer I've had. There are women's and other minority-driven ERG groups, flexibility around scheduling, and many other benefits.
They pay 100% of salary for 6-8 weeks after giving birth, and then you are able to take 12 weeks of fully paid "bonding leave." Bonding leave also applies any parent to bond with their newborn, adopted or foster child. "
