"Honestly, from what I can see, there are quite a few women leaders at the lower team level, but a lot of the executives are white men (you can see this yourself on the Intel executives page). I suppose this will change soon - assuming that the effort to integrate more women into leadership roles has only started recently, it does take time for women to filter up to the higher positions. However, if you are an ambitious young women, I don't know if this is the place for you, as I am sure there are more microaggressions and hidden obstacles for your upward mobility. "
