"While I am relatively new to Intel, I have already seen the ways woman have an impact at Intel. While working here my direct manager has been a woman along with 4 of my team members. I would say that if you are determined there is nothing that you can’t achieve here at Intel. As long as you are self-driven and working towards the betterment of not only Intel, but yourself, the sky seems to truly be the limit."

"Intel is very welcoming of women and puts in a lot of work to ensure the environment is welcoming and positive. They create opportunities within Intel for women to succeed, have internal support systems, and encourage women to explore STEM via funding and volunteer events for the local communities. The environment is very inclusive and the flexibility they provide is fantastic. It's a huge weight off my shoulders to know that I can arrange something with my manager, even if it's a short notice family emergency. Truly a great, accommodating, welcoming place to work."

"As a female, I have never felt excluded or under minded at work. I feel included and whenever my manager stops by my cubical, she ensures I have everything I need to excel in my job."
