"I'm not sure of the ability to move up in management for women, but I do know that pay scales for engineers are solely based on merit and ability. There are a few managers who are women, but not many. Overall, it is a very diverse company (as far as engineering companies go) and I have not experienced or seen anything that would lead me to believe women aren't treated fairly."
