"There are many women at lower levels, and I appreciate the initiatives taken to age more women. However, the higher level technical positions have few women, so it is difficult to find mentorship in that desired path. Many technical women pursue nontechnical promotion instead."

"It really depends on your direct manager. Co-location is a big thing and working from home is frowned upon. This lack of flexibility, especially for Moms, can be challenging."
