"It depends on how good the health insurance of your spouse is, really. The health care options as pretty bad. But if your main priority is flexible work, KPMG could be a good option. "

"KPMG is a great place to launch your career. You learn a ton by supporting different clients, and you work with very smart and ambitious people. If you build a strong reputation among clients and managers and express your desire for vertical growth, you will be put on a fast track to promotion. I've done that and was given an opportunity to lead a team of 4 associates on an important consulting engagement within my first 2 years with the firm. Having such leadership responsibilities relatively early in your career is rare and I appreciated being trusted with this challenge."

"Maternity leave and parental leave is very generous here (you can get up to 4 months) however, the leave and return process is somewhat lonely I would say since no one really helps you transition out and back in. "
