"Highly dependent on the partner experience. I know some women that have been very well supported, but others are not. It is too variable to be consistently good."

"Public accounting is still very challenging for working parents. Many firms do make a good faith effort and others do little to ensure that the partners abide by the firm policy. "

This company was acquired by KPMG in July 2014. Previously, there was a flexible work program in place but being able to use it as advertised really depended on your level, supervisors, partners, etc."
