"Women are well represented in upper management and Executive positions. Salaries here are low in comparison to regional averages. Paid time off is excellent and the benefits are really good too. You will be hard pressed to beat 21 days vacation per year, 1/2 sick leave each pay day along with most national holidays paid/off - no waiting period."
