"Macquarie hires smart, decent people. Culturally, it's a great place to work. I've worked at Macquarie, left, and came back - largely because of the culture and partly because - with near term aspirations of starting a family - I know they put their money where their mouth is with regards to flexibility. No workplace is perfect, but Macquarie generally makes an effort to want you to want to come to work everyday."

"For those that are US based, there are occasionally calls with colleagues in Sydney which are during the early evening on the east coast. However the trade off is flexibility during the day, including a later start. "

"I love working at Macquarie, particularly because our CEO is a woman and a great role model! They also encourage and support flexible working arrangements which is key for women with families or just if you wish to do one! "

"Good culture and good people. This is the third financial institution I have worked at in my 15 year career and I can confidently say that Macquarie has the best culture and people. Macquarie invests in their staff's development and provides people the platform to succeed. "
