"It doesn't matter how much work you take on, promotions are arbitrary. Mobility is not as easy as they claim. Also, they have a long way to go before they are as "innovative" and "change oriented" as they claim. They instituted a "one size fits all" RTO policy with kindergarten-like monitoring, while still claiming to care about associates wellbeing. How many days in office should be up to the team, not some executive in Sydney or New York who has no clue on the day to day. Despite all that, you do have the opportunity to work with good people and learn a good deal, just beware of the HR marketing, it doesn't all hold water."
