"Macquarie embraced flexible work before many other financial institutions did. It is not just a COVID thing. The company recognizes hard work and results - not just the amount of hours you work. "

"I have had an incredibly supportive manager during my career - both of my personal and professional endeavors. While i believe he is a bit of a standout (not just at Macquarie - but most companies, especially financial institutions), generally i believe managers at Macquarie provide average to above average support. "

"It is a flat management structure with a great culture and a lot of people who have been with the firm for a long time. There is currently a real effort to promote women to more senior positions and attracting women."
