"I am very happy working here, but your experience is highly dependent upon the group you are working with. There's a disproportionate ratio of men to women in the office. We need more female leaders. I've been lucky to work with a respectable and kind group who treat me as an equal, even though I am just an EA."

"Macquarie has a great company culture, which makes working there enjoyable.
It is an organization which encourages open conversations, there are promotional opportunities, there is a great work/life balance and management is supportive of flexible working. My manager and I have regular check-ins relating not just to work, but also my professional future.

"I love working here. There is a tremendous amount of flexibility at the manager's discretion. There is also a ton of support by senior leadership to find a balance between work and your other passions or commitments."
