"It depends on position. I've worked on the operation side and work life balance was not good. I'm now in administration and it is very flexible. "

"Make sure that you ask your manager what the flexibility policy is while interviewing. If possible, negotiate a work from home day (AWA) after your probation period ends. The process takes forever. "
