"Despite having a woman CEO and a lot of women in the workforce, the company values are quite traditional and concerns raised with management are often deflected. Office politics are cliquey, heteronormative, and not particularly inclusive. Top-down decision making and no professional development opportunities often left me feeling frustrated and unfulfilled. Be sure you're willing to settle for these stressors in exchange for good benefits and generous leave. And make sure you negotiate what you're worth."
