"They'll tell you that they value you and that they value diversity. In reality, white men are promoted over more qualified women and men in general are paid more than women even if the woman has more experience and produces better quality work."

"There's some flexibility if you live more than 60 miles in the office. If you live closer than that there are a lot more expectations around being in the office on certain days and times. Throughout COVID employees were required to come in even if they weren't comfortable. "
