      "The culture is improving, the company is taking steps to focus on D&I and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, and feel accepted at work. More can be done to ensure that all women, especially women of color, are given opportunities to advance. I would love to see MetLife invest more in women through educational programs, financing and policies that enable them to pursue their goals. "
