"I have nothing specifically for women. Mindbody needs to get back to basics and understand their people are their most important asset. "

"My department has a good ratio and everyone is treated equally. The company as a whole is working on getting more diversity in leadership. It's slow but it's happening."

"This company has the appearance of equality in that many of the positions up to and including management are held by women. However, if you take a step back and look, the most senior positions are all held by men. Also, the day to day culture of the office is very much a "good ol' boys club". "

"Not a great place to work. Pretends to be about health and wellness and caring about employees but they don’t. This business is being run into the ground "

"I can only speak for my department, but I do interact with many people across the company. My gender has only come up a couple of times and my managers always had my back. They fully support me and don't take kindly to people being disrespectful when I'm trying to help them."

"Great benefits. Some positions have some flexibility. Mother rooms on-site. It seems that woman aren't always recognized at the same rate as men."

"Management is kind, helpful, and wants to see you succeed. It feels good to work for a company that invests in their employees, and in turn it makes employees work hard to serve the company. "

"Our positive company culture encourages opinions, creativity, and inspires others to lead. I find that my female colleagues are supportive, smart, and work to build each other up. I have a small child and find that work/life balance here is by far the best compared to previous tech companies I've worked for. "
"If you want to get coffee or talk sometime, here's where you can find me"
"I am fortunate to have multiple female managers despite the fact that much ladership I fall under is male. My department is close to 50/50 M to F ratio so I don't notice much discrimination based on gender. "

"MINDBODY isn't perfect when it comes to diversity and equality, but we're making progress and executives are supportive. We need to create the change we want to see in the world by working hard and moving up! "
"Wellness is promoted strongly at MINDBODY - that includes physical, emotional, intellectual, and occupational wellness. As a team member, and a mother and wife, I feel like my team and leadership understands the dynamics of work-life balance, and works with me to ensure my wellness is a top priority."
"Great benefits (on-site daycare, on-site workout classes, etc) and promoting women in leadership is a priority."
"There is a ton of focus on EDI here, and lots of positive changes have been happening. We also have a lot of great resources and support groups to help women feel heard, seen, and accepted. I love the flexibility of my work schedule and that I don't feel guilty if I need to take time off to care for my family."
"It's a great place to work full of oppurtunity if you seek and want it! There are amazing role models here and so many afinity groups to be part of. I am thankful for this company! They walk the talk!"
"MINDBODY is a highly energetic and passionate workplace where everyone, from the highest leadership to entry level, really tries to walk the talk. One of the company's core values is "Consciously Evolve" so when unfairness or inequality is identified, I see a huge push to change policies or situations to make things better. No company is perfect, but MINDBODY is always striving to improve and make the environment better for employees of all backgrounds and gender expression. Things are only going to keep going up."
"This is a fantastic place to work with opportunities abound. We do have work to do in terms of policies to support working mothers."
"I absolutely love the community that we have built here at MINDBODY. The women support each other and the men support us in that as well. We have events such as clothing drives, we have Babysitters for our tech events, we do everything that we can to be inclusive and to promote our own growth and development. Our Women in Tech group is amazing across all offices! We host Professional Development workshops and networking events. We have even done mock interview and resume building workshops to prepare ourselves for the big interview. Our Wit Group and EDI groups host Family picnics and outings which really build that community. Honestly, it is what keeps me here and I love what we do for our clients even more when I am happy and feel like I contribute to a greater community. I love working where I feel wanted and supported!"
"I love the freedom and flexibility I have to prioritize my family and still feel like a valued member of the team. From my point of view everyone is treated equally regardless of gender. "
"The women here support each other. When you don't feel supported by your team or your boss there is always someone that you can talk to and can help you get what you need."
