"There is a community of support for women here, either through the active women's network, committed senior women leaders that take it upon themselves to mentor and lead by example or broader support in senior management. The heads of two business divisions are women leaders, with one heading up the largest. While more work needs to be done, Mizuho is headed in the right direction."

"Like many corporate work environments, Mizuho understand there is work that needs to be done in its D&I programs. However, it seems like senior management is actually addressing issues and creating an inclusive governance structure.

"I think it really depends on which team you join and who you work with. I wasn't so lucky with somewhat negligent but micromanaging managers."

"Very inflexible and hierarchical. Flexible working is almost frowned upon if you have Japanese management"
