"There is no freedom. You can’t trust anyone you work with. They will turn on you. They will expect things from you that they never tell you. They will tell you one thing and then change their minds 3 more times. No schedule is important. Especially not yours. Time is valuable, teach with a purpose.. but on the other hand, they will take everything you have and any extra time you have to have meetings that make no sense. The important meetings always, always, always get canceled. Some people could get away with being mean and absent and doing anything they want. Some get moved schools or fired or asked to leave when they do the same or less. "
