"I work in technology and would highly recommend it, huge variety of roles and styles so there is something for everyone, from deep dive coding to ux, ba and project coordination on a wide range of technologies and functions, and from traditional 5 day weeks to very flexible work setups (e.g. 1 day a week in office, 3 day week) which both men and women take advantage of. Culture is collaborative, and there are a lot of female senior role models. I've been here 10+ years and been very happy."

"Like at all large corporations it's very important to have a manager that will campaign on your behalf as the promotions process is very long and bureaucratic. "
